"Had Don Evans for over 5 years - worst agent I've ever had. Office staff not helpful, does not follow up, cannot problem solve on line accesses. His staff (wife and brother I think work for him) gave me internal State Farm help desk # to problem solve my customer access. When I changed insurances for 5 out of 6 vehicles Don Evans cancelled all 6 policies (no attention to details). Informed him of error, I moved insurance however his office renewed that policy and sent me another bill. Notified him of error AGAIN and he cancelled and submitted to DMV this vehicle has no insurance resulting in DMV audit for me; although I had coverage from first time I requested cancel w State Farm. We had 2 accidents while on this policy, both not our fault. His office could not be more unhelpful as we navigated this process w other insurance carriers. Overall, worst insurance agent ever!"

"I have been with Don Evan’s State Farm agency for almost five years. I called Don a few days ago about an issue with my car. He was on top of it as soon as we hung up. He made some calls and put me with the right person to take care of my car. Thank you, Don. I always appreciate how friendly and the professionalism that you and your staff have shown me."

"I wish i could give them negative stars. By far the worst insurance agency and company for that matter. I would not recommend these guys for anything. I had been a state farm customer for years. Homeowners, car, life the whole works. Then all of the sudden in the last 8 months my rates kept going up and up and up. Nobody could tell me why and nobody wanted to fix it. I finally got fed up and switched insurance companies. I contacted state farm directly and canceled my car insurance. They informed me that my homeowners and life policies had to be canceled by my agent. The request was put in 10 days ago and they are still trying to bill me. I have called several times and even texted with no response. I called state farm again and they put me through I talked to Don very briefly and he hurried me off the phone and said he would call me back and not a word. I can promise they will not get another penny out of me. With poor customer service like this they will be out of business sooner than later. I called state farm and filed a formal complaint against Don Evans for the poor customer service and i still havent heard back from him about canceling my policies. Luckily they were able to handle it over the phone for me. Good luck to any sucker that calls the Don Evans state farm."

"Was quoted one price in February of 2021. When April came around I realized I hadn’t gotten a bill yet so I called. I was told they hadn’t done anything and I was still in “holding”. Today I get a call that they will be having to move me to another company and my rates will go be going up. Very unprofessional to hook someone in at one rate to just up in a few months later. I will do not recommend these people."
