Summer is nearly here, and the temperatures are heating up! We have some news from our office to share but first, we wish all of the kids, college student and graduates a SAFE & HAPPY summer break! To those grads who are shipping out to the US Armed Forces this summer, godspeed and we send our support and prayers out to you! To everyone, let's all enjoy a safe summer!

Latest News from Don Evans State Farm here in Westlake:

• Jenna Collins (soon to be Jenna Watson) is getting married this month and we congratulate her and her soon to be husband, Brandon. With this new chapter in her life, Jenna has moved out of the area. The good news is that Jenna, as our Customer Service guru will still be with us full-time, however she will be working from home. Nothing will change when you call the office for service or a quote, Jenna will still be picking up the phone and she can do everything from home that she did here in the office. As a licensed insurance representative (Property & Casualty and Life & Health), Jenna will continue to provide our customers with EXCELLENT customer service!

• Alec Dow has graduated from "Alec the Intern" to Alec the licensed insurance representative! Alec is a college student, a lifeguard, a fisherman and now licensed to sale and to service State Farm Property & Casualty lines of insurance, Pet Insurance and he is bank certified. If you are looking for a CD, loan, Credit or Debit card, Alec can assist. We are happy to have Alec on the team as a part-time associate!

• Lola is heading to Europe on her annual trip to visit Mom & Dad and her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and extended family. She will be back in mid-July, and we are going to miss her, but we are HAPPY for her and wish her a safe and terrific time! If you have been working with Lola, no worries, anyone on the team can assist you until her return.

• Me, Don, the Agent. Nothing significant to report from your Agent. I'll be here all summer to man the ship. I may be out an occasional Friday or Monday, but the team will still be here so you can expect smooth sailing.
